Installing it

  1. Tap Download the app above. Your browser will warn that this kind of file can harm your device — that warning appears for every app installed outside the Play Store. Choose Download anyway.
  2. Open the downloaded file. Android will ask whether to allow installs from your browser. Turn on Allow from this source, then press back.
  3. Tap Install, then Open.
  4. Sign in with the username and password your administrator gave you.
  5. Work through the permission screens. Phone and Call log are not optional — the app reads the real call duration from your phone's own call log, and cannot record anything without them.
The app never records, listens to, or uploads call audio. It reads only the duration and outcome your phone already logs, plus the notes you type or dictate after a call has ended.

Already have Call Tracker on this phone?

If it is version 3.1, just install this one over it - your queue and settings stay. If it is older than 3.1, uninstall it first, then install this one: everything you recorded is already on the server, so nothing is lost - sign in again and your queue comes back.

Version 3.5.1: Call Tracker now lives at calls.victoryevmanagement.com. Nothing changes on the phone - install it over the old one and keep working. Phones still on 3.5 keep working too.
Version 3.5: the lead's Final status (Hot, Warm, Cold, Pending, Closed) is a coloured chip on the lead list and the call screen, and a one-tap row right under the outcome; after every call where you spoke to the customer the WhatsApp step opens by itself with the brochures and price lists; "Share brochure" on the lead screen and a Brochures screen in the Today menu; the Today screen shows your talk time against the daily target. Older versions (before 3.4.1) are asked to update before they can sign in or sync - the calls already on the phone are never lost.
Version 3.4.2: the State question after a call is filled in from the lead's own state (set by the office when the lead was imported or corrected), and still from the city when the lead has none. Your typed answer always wins.
Version 3.4.1: the follow-up pop-up survives a phone restart - if the phone is switched off and on after the 15-minute reminder, the number still pops up at the promised time.
Version 3.4: the app is now Victory Calling, in Victory colours; the Today screen shows your own rank and points in today's league, and the menu opens your web dashboard (same username and password, at /my/).
Version 3.3.1: the Today screen shows your dealer visits, dealers closed and orders from the ERP, for today and this month, and the sign-in screen carries the Victory logo.
Version 3.2: an interested lead always gets a follow-up; the reminder comes 15 minutes before and the number pops up at the time itself; a reminder every two hours when leads are waiting for a first call; the city and state fill themselves; and the three-dots menu shows its options again.

One step that is easy to miss

On Xiaomi, Redmi, Poco, Oppo, Realme, Vivo and OnePlus handsets the system shuts down background apps aggressively. If that happens to Call Tracker mid-shift it stops noticing when your calls end, and your work goes unrecorded.

  1. Allow Autostart for Call Tracker in your phone's security or battery settings.
  2. Set its battery usage to Unrestricted / No restrictions.
  3. Lock it in the recent-apps switcher if your phone offers that.
The app walks you through these during setup, and the home screen shows a Monitoring active indicator. If that ever turns red, tap it.
